Yes, we charge a $59.00 diagnostic fee to come out and see what is going on with your heating and air conditioning system. This fee covers our time and expertise to do a complete diagnosis when we arrive and then communicate with the customer what the problem is and our recommended repairs. If you agree to have the recommended repairs completed by Mike Mechanical, the $59.00 diagnostic fee is waived.
We do not like to give quotes over the phone. We prefer to come out and get our hands dirty with a comprehensive in person inspection of the equipment. On rare occasions, we may be able to give a ballpark figure over the phone without a full diagnosis. This ballpark figure is without warranty or guarantee until we inspect the equipment and diagnose the problem ourselves.
Yes! Estimates to replace your heating and cooling equipment are always free!
Keep your eye on our website and social media accounts! We have been known to offer great deals on system tune-ups during the early spring and fall months. Sometimes we decide to offer free annual maintenance with a system replacement. You never know!
