We do not like to give quotes over the phone. We prefer to come out and get our hands dirty with a comprehensive in person inspection of the equipment. On rare occasions, we may be able to give a ballpark figure over the phone without a full diagnosis. This ballpark figure is without warranty or guarantee until we inspect the equipment and diagnose the problem ourselves.

The $89.00 diagnostic fee will be charged whether repairs are made or not. Mike Mechanical has not increased pricing in over 6 years. Rather than systematically increase our prices to correspond with annual distributor increases we chose to include the flat rate diagnostic fee as part of our standard pricing. Please be assured we keep a close watch on industry pricing and we are confident you will find our prices are still lower than many of our competitors, even with this fee included. This means another company may waive this fee but in turn charge more for the same service.
